ERASE PTSD NOW - CONDUCT AGREEMENT
The purpose of our Applicant Conduct Agreement is to protect our brave survivors as well as our nonprofit workers from the peripheral effects of trauma. Erase PTSD Now reserves the right to refuse scholarship funding for any applicant in violation of this agreement.
TREAT ALL MEMBERS WITH RESPECT - The Erase PTSD Now team vows and pledges to treat all applicants, vendors, preferred providers and board members with respect. The same respect is expected in return from all participants.
BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS - Erase PTSD Now strives to be transparent, compassionate, supportive and encouraging to our applicants, vendors, preferred providers and board members. We work tirelessly to provide funding for treatments, awareness and research. Applicants, vendors, preferred providers and board members might be asked at times to support those efforts. Applicants especially agree to complete pre and post surveys, write a thank you note and complete all providers in processing information as well.
Should any one of our Erase PTSD Now Team Members or an applicants, vendors, preferred providers and board members become so combative and aggressive as deemed in the exclusive discretion of the Executive Team to warrant removal, the applicant, vendor, preferred provider, Erase PTSD Now Team Member or Board Member will be asked to leave, denied scholarship funding or be removed from our preferred providers list.
